Patient Instructions:
  • For your first session, you will need to have the Client Medical History forms and Waiver of Liability filled out.
  • The therapist requires a space large enough to fit a massage table (approximately six feet long and three feet wide) and be able to move around the table during the massage.
  • The therapist will arrive around ten or fifteen minutes before the appointment time to set up the table and have a brief intake before the session begins.
  • If the pressure is too much or you require more, just mention it to the therapist and they will adjust.
  • Payment can be made via cheque, e-transfer, cash, and credit cards.
