Please contact us if you would like to schedule an Initial Appointment.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee – except in the case of emergency.
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call to confirm availability.
Please make sure to complete the insurance information in your intake form to access direct billing.
Please confirm acupuncture coverage directly with your insurance provider, as we are unable to do so.
We require a credit card on file to process outstanding balances for partial coverage or in the rare case of direct billing issues, outside of our control. You may then submit receipts for insurance reimbursement.
You will require a laptop or computer and internet connection for these virtual sessions.
