Patient Instructions:
  • Arrive at the appointment time given, unless specific instructions are provided.
  • For CT scans, arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out a questionnaire.
  • For Supportive Living move-in, bring banking information.
  • For Supportive Living move-in, bring own curtains, curtain rods, bath mats, and apartment size pans for the stove.
  • For Supportive Living move-in, be prepared to quarantine for a set period depending on vaccination status (max two weeks).
Physical Directions:

The MRI service is located in the Lenadco Building at 310 Bridge Street W, Unit G2, Napanee, Ontario, on the West Side of the Building (furthest from the Hospital). Follow the signs for the MRI Main Entrance. The BMD program is on the lower level of the hospital, accessible from the back parking lot entrance. The CT service is in the Diagnostic Imaging Department on the main level of the hospital, accessible through the front parking lot entrance.

How to Book:

Patients are called by the MRI Booking Office after their completed requisition is received from their Primary Care Provider. For BMD and CT, appointments are booked through the Diagnostic Imaging Department by calling 613-354-3301 ext. 263 (BMD) or ext. 266 (CT).
