• Arrive 10-15 minutes before your float session.
• Use the washroom before floating.
• Float in the nude; no bathing suit required.
• Bring contact lens case and solution if applicable.
• Bring special products like deodorant, facial wash, or moisturizer if needed.
• Avoid shaving/waxing within 12 hours of float session.
• Allow at least 4 washes if hair recently dyed before floating.
• Wear long hair up while floating.
• Cover small cuts with petroleum jelly.
• Have a light, easily-digestible meal about 2 hours before float.
• Consider taking half a Gravol 30 minutes before if prone to motion sickness.
• Avoid cigarettes and caffeine before floating.
