  2. For those who wear contact lenses: Please wear your contact lenses to the appointment. If you use Acuvue contacts please bring any remaining supply with you as we offer exchanges for a new yearly supply.
  3. List of medications: If you are taking any medications or supplements, it is important for our optometrists to know the dosage and how often you take them. Even if it isn’t directly related to your eye health, there are several medications that can impact your eyes.
