• Please call for any medical advice.
• Appointments may be booked over the phone or online.
• This is for rostered patients of our clinic only.
• Our clinic uses Ocean MD secure messaging to communicate.
• Email is not routinely monitored for medical issues or booking appointments.
• If you require urgent medical services after hours, you are advised to go to the nearest emergency department.
• All patients over the age of 4 are encouraged to wear a mask when coming into the clinic if they may have an infection.
• Please provide your preferred phone number at the time of booking.
• Make sure that this number accepts calls from blocked callers and answer the phone when the doctor calls.
• If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 business hours notice, you may be subject to a $50 “no-show” fee.
• Only email our office if we have requested you to do so for follow-up of a medical issue, or for administrative purposes.
• New medical requests by email, including prescription renewals, will not be addressed.
• If you are sending us a document that was requested, please send in pdf format.
• Please do not use a walk-in clinic if we are open, always call our office first for any of your medical needs.
