Best Fit Patients:Individuals seeking personalized massage therapy for various conditions, including chronic pain, stress reduction, and rehabilitation, with a focus on holistic wellness.
Patient Instructions:
  • 12 hour notice of cancellation is kindly asked for all appointments
  • If you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment, it is considered a a no show and a fee may be applied
  • First NO SHOW there is a $30 fee, second NO SHOW will be 50% of the treatment and all subsequent NO SHOWS will result in to 100% of the treatment cost.
  • Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to review symptoms and travel history (COVID-19 related)
  • Check with your health insurance company to verify that your plan includes direct billing.
  • Physician referral may be required by your insurance provider. Please check with your provider in advance of booking your appointment.
