  • When using the online booking portal, you can only book one 10 minute appointment and only one concern can be addressed per visit.
  • You must already be a patient at the clinic and have your care card ready for online booking.
  • You cannot book a complete physical, PAP or driver's medical online.
  • Check in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Expect to have one concern addressed per visit. If you have more than one concern, present both issues at the start of the visit.
  • For prenatal patients, note that coverage for deliveries is shared.
  • Register your car’s licence plate with the office for parkade use.
  • Give at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancelling.
  • Prescriptions will only be renewed by phone or fax under exceptional circumstances.
  • Results are not given out over the phone by staff; book a follow-up appointment to know test results.
  • You do not have to have learners involved in your care, but acceptance is appreciated.

Located across the street from Strathcona Beach Park, upstairs from Abbott St. Cafe. Not located inside Kelowna General Hospital.

Call the office or book online. Physician referral is required for maternity care. Specific appointments (First postpartum visit with baby, pap exams, breast exams, driver's exam, completion of ALL forms, annual physicals (Adults), lesion removal, IUD insertions, counselling) must be booked by calling the office only.
