• For in-person visits, sanitize hands and maintain 6 ft/2m distance.
• Once registered, you will be directed to a waiting room or advised to wait in your vehicle/outside.
• The physician will assess you by phone and determine if an in-person visit is needed.
• For virtual care, ensure you have a valid OHIP card (with current version code) or book a paid visit.
• For virtual care, you must have been seen by a physician or at the daytime clinic within the past 2 years (exceptions for abortion care, follow-up/scheduled appointments, callbacks).
• For virtual care, be logged onto the virtual care site (powered by Insig) at your scheduled appointment time.
• Do not use virtual care clinics for emergencies.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Services not covered by OHIP (sick notes, travel advice, driver’s physicals) must be paid for at the time they are provided.
• Patients with invalid or expired health cards are required to pay a $50 Hold-Payment charge, which will be reimbursed upon health card renewal/validation.
• Disruptive, rude, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Patients can book by calling reception between 9am and 11pm, 7 days a week, or by using the patient portal for telephone or in-person appointments. Walk-ins are accepted for urgent cases at the evening clinic.
