  • A valid credit card on file is required for all clients wishing to have their claims processed thru the office, including ICBC claims.
  • If you have an open WCB claim, please discuss this with your claims manager before booking with our office.
  • Wear appropriate clothing to expose the area requiring treatment.
  • Bring any investigations you have (x-ray, CT, MRI, etc).
  • If you have a referral letter from a doctor bring that, too.
  • Bring your health plan policy information, if you are a member of one.
  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
