• Patients must have a valid health card for all appointments.
• For prescription renewals, ask your pharmacy to fax a request; allow 5 business days for approval.
• For after-hours care, enrolled patients of Dr. Rigby should contact London Doctors Relief Service at (519) 672-8618.
• Enrolled patients of Dr. Soo (Thames River Family Health Organization) should call the telephone health advisory service (THAS) at 1-866-553-7205 after hours.
• Enrolled patients of HealthPark FHO (Drs. Ahmad, Hickey, Clary, Milestone, Zhao, Pantazis, Stocco) can call 519-850-3234 from 4:30 pm – 7 pm Monday – Thursday, and Saturdays 12:30 pm – 3 pm for after-hours medical concerns.
• Do not use walk-in clinics if you are an enrolled patient with after-hours service.
• Do not call after-hours service for regular office visits, ongoing concerns, prescription refills, or test results.
• If you are having trouble reaching by phone, book online or avoid calling first thing in the morning for non-urgent matters.
• Always provide your address, phone number, and health card for referrals and procedures.
• Return all calls from the office or specialist regarding appointments.
• For forms to be completed by your doctor, drop them off with your sections completed and signed.
• Rude, loud, or disrespectful behavior is not acceptable; staff may refuse treatment and notify police if necessary.
