Pender Harbour & District Health Centre

• Please call (604) 883-2764 at 8am on Tuesdays and Thursdays to book physician appointments.
• For PHHC Nursing Lab & Clinic, patients can access with a requisition/referral from a primary care provider; call the Health Centre to schedule an appointment.
• For Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Clinic, you can access either through a referral from a primary care provider or by self-referring; call the Health Centre reception at 604-883-2764.
• The youth clinic is offered on a drop-in basis, no appointment needed.
• For Public Health, email the Public Health Nurse or call 604 741 2549.
• For Nurse Practitioner, call Gibsons Health unit at 604-984-5070.
• For Adult Day Program, call the ADP coordinator at 604-740-2823.
• For Dietitian, you can access either through a referral from a primary care provider or by self-referring; call the Health Centre reception at 604-883-2764.
• Any booked patient who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hour’s notice will be considered a No Show and charged a $50.00 fee.
