Patient Instructions:
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment for massage therapy and acupuncture.
  • For massage therapy, discuss health history and preferences with the RMT.
  • For physiotherapy, wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area of discomfort (e.g., T-shirt/tank top for upper body, shorts for lower body).
  • For acupuncture, do not go on an empty stomach and avoid caffeine for at least 2 hours prior. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
  • Please wear your mask at all times during your visit.
  • Patients will be pre-screened prior to their appointment.
  • If experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home and contact the clinic to cancel.
