Patient Instructions:
  • If you plan to visit a HHHS facility, you will be required to wear a medical mask upon entry to areas with active patient care, and are expected to screen yourself for symptoms of COVID.

  • For the Haliburton County RAAM Clinic, appointments are by appointment only, Tuesdays from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
  • For Highland Wood Long-Term Care, contact the main desk for questions or concerns regarding care of loved ones.
  • For Hyland Crest Long-Term Care, contact the main desk or one of the nursing stations on the relevant floor for questions or concerns regarding care of loved ones.
  • Arranging for transportation home following an emergency visit, appointment, or hospital stay is every patient's responsibility.
