• Book appointments as far in advance as possible.
• For phone appointments, you must be in the province of BC.
• Same day appointments are for urgent unexpected issues only and are shorter than regular appointments.
• Only the specific issue at hand will be dealt with during same day appointments; forms or referrals cannot be accommodated.
• The doctor or staff will call you if you need to come in to review test results or have a follow up appointment.
• If concerned about test results, book an appointment to review.
• Let staff know when booking if you need a doctor's note, form, or certificate completed (these are uninsured services).
• Book a specific appointment for any form; take the form to the front desk.
• Complete and sign your entire portion of the form before handing it in.
• Emailed forms MUST be in PDF format, not a photo.
• Prescription renewals are generally not done by phone or fax.
• Be aware of your medications and quantities, and bring them to every visit.
• If asking for a prescription renewal during an appointment, do so at the beginning of the visit.
• For online booking, you must book with your family doctor.
• Online booking is only for standard appointments; call for physicals, cancer screening, driver's medicals, or urgent matters.
• You will need a Medeo account for online booking.

At 100 Wallace Street: The upper parking lot is reserved for patient use. At 360 Wesley Street: Free street parking is available for up to two hours. Free all-day parking is at 336 Prideaux (2 blocks away). Pay parking is nearby at 420 Selby St (1 block away).
