• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill forms if it's your first visit.
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations to avoid a 50% service fee for no-shows.
• Masks are required.
• All patients will be interviewed for Covid 19 symptoms and have their temperature taken upon arrival.
• Rebook your appointment if you have symptoms of a fever, new onset of cough, worsening chronic cough, sore throat, runny nose, or unexplained fatigue.
• Do not present yourself to the Better Living Centre if you have been identified as a close contact with someone who has Covid 19 or have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days.

Just west of New Hazelton, go past the tourist information on the right and continue up the hill. The 3rd approach on the right will be College St. (right across from the power substation). Turn right going north onto College St. and continue 1 km down the hill to the end of the drive. Coming from Hwy 16 West, watch for the power substation on the right, then turn left onto College St. Continue 1km and then down the hill to the end.
