Patient Instructions:
- You must wear a mask in clinic if experiencing sore throat, cough, nausea, fever, rash.
- To be seen by a physician, you need to be an active patient and call ahead to schedule an appointment.
- For LifeLabs walk-ins, take a number by the KIOSK at the front desk.
- All patients communicating with staff must be respectful and kind.
- Drop off stool samples between 7:30am and 11:30am.
- For urgent care or if needing to be seen within 7 days, call the clinic directly.
