The clinic used to be located on East Lake Sammamish Parkway NE, 1.7 miles South of the Redmond-Fall City Road, and 1.7 miles North of the Inglewood Hill Road. It was in the basement of Dr. Stewart's home, a 1950's Daylight Rambler on the East side of East Lake Sammamish Parkway NE, across the street from Lake Sammamish. The address "3854" is easily visible on a large sign. From SR-520 or Redmond, turn right on East Lake Sammamish Parkway NE and go South 1.7 miles. From I-90 or Issaquah, get on Front Street (which becomes East Lake Sammamish Parkway) and go North 8.4 miles.
