• For urgent matters outside clinic hours, call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency department.
• Do not call after hours to make an appointment, to refill a prescription, or for non-urgent problems.
• Patients are responsible for all uninsured services.
• Patients are responsible for all charges related to completion of documents not covered by Saskatchewan Health.
• To discuss health-related questions with a doctor, patients are requested to come to the clinic.
• Treatment is never prescribed by telephone.
• Prescription refills are not handled by telephone.
• Laboratory reports are preferably discussed in person at the clinic.
• To speak directly with a physician, patients should come to the clinic.
• For confidentiality, staff and physicians will not discuss information with anyone other than the patient or their authorized designate.
• Patients are encouraged to return to the clinic to discuss lab and x-ray results with their physician.
• To transfer medical records, patients must complete an authorization form.
• Charges associated with medical record transfer are the responsibility of the patient.

Family practice patients are encouraged to use the Online Booking Portal or call the clinic. Walk-in patients can use the Virtual Waiting Room Portal to select a time.
