Patient Instructions:
  • All exams require a requisition written by a physician.
  • Requisitions can be printed and taken to your physician to fill out, then faxed to 778-613-2656 or emailed to imaging@elysianhealth.ca.
  • If claustrophobic, a "fitting" appointment can be booked for 15 minutes to see how you will do in the machine.
  • Patients can ask their doctor for a prescription for Ativan (not provided by clinic) if claustrophobic, provided they have a ride home.
  • Call the office for a detailed quote, as some exams require contrast or multiple parts to be imaged which can change the price.

Send requisition by fax or email; front desk staff will call with a quote and to book the appointment.
