• For unsure emergencies, call BC Nurse’s line at 8-1-1.
• Office staff will not provide results via telephone, email, or text; book an appointment to review results with your physician.
• If you have COVID symptoms, do not enter the office; call the office at 778-369-1420 to be pre-screened.
• All visitors must wear a medical mask when entering and moving around any health care facility, except when requested to remove their mask by a healthcare professional.

Patients can book appointments by calling the clinic or using the online booking system. It is encouraged to book all appointments in advance and mention the reason for the visit.
