Madigan Army Medical Center Pediatrics

• If your infant was born off-post, please call the clinic to schedule the first appointment and coordinate to send a copy of baby's discharge note.
• Please call to re-schedule the appointment if you or your child is ill.
• For 2- to 17-year-old well physicals and sports physicals, if your child has been seen in the last year, paperwork can be completed without an appointment via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal; complete the parent portion first.
• For immunization-only nurse visits, please bring your child’s immunization record.
• For sick visits, call the Military Health System Nurse Advice Line (24 hours a day) or call/message the Pediatric Clinic directly to determine if a face-to-face, virtual, or nursing guidance is needed.
• Keep your family’s information up to date in DEERS.

The Madigan General Pediatrics Clinic is located on the first floor of the medical mall in Madigan Army Medical Center.
