• If experiencing mild respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, body pain), stay home until better.
• If symptoms don't improve or are severe, call the clinic for a phone consultation.
• If you have travel history outside Canada or contact with someone who traveled within 14 days, self-isolate for 14 days.
• If you have travel history outside Canada and are symptomatic or in contact with a COVID-19 case, contact Public Health.
• Avoid all unnecessary visits to the clinic.
• Book an appointment online and wait for confirmation call/email, or call the clinic directly.
• Arrive as early as possible to avoid missing registration on high volume days.
• Patient must be present at the time of registration to see a physician.
• If you miss your turn, your spot will be given to another patient.
• Rude, loud, or disrespectful behavior is not acceptable and may result in refusal of treatment.

Located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, near the University of Toronto St. George Campus.

Patients can book an appointment online or simply walk-in. For online bookings, a receptionist will call to confirm. Virtual appointments are generally arranged first, with in-person visits if needed.
