• Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to register and complete any required paperwork.
• Bring your current glasses or contact lens parameters (brand and power, or boxes).
• Bring a list of medications you are currently taking.
• Bring medical information relating to your family’s eye health, if known.
• Bring your BC Health Care Card and third-party insurance (if it is your first visit).
• Bring your sunglasses and if necessary a designated driver.
• Call the office at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule appointments.
• Do not come to the clinic without calling ahead.
• Sanitize hands upon entry.
• Provide name and phone number for contact tracing.
• Wear a mask that covers the chin, mouth, and nose.
• No public washroom available.
• No food or drinks allowed in the clinic.
• If you have been off of Vancouver Island within two weeks of your appointment, it will be rescheduled.
