• For telephone appointments, answer blocked or private numbers and ensure you are in a private, quiet space.
• Book telephone appointments for prescription renewals at least four weeks before due.
• Only email photos to your practitioner if instructed, with a maximum of three clear, in-focus photos and patient's full name in the subject line.
• Call in advance to book an appointment for any medication refills.
• For test results, book a telephone appointment with your practitioner; Medical Office Assistants are not permitted to give results over the phone.
• For imaging results, book an appointment at least 4-5 business days after your imaging appointment date.
• If late for an in-office appointment, you will need to re-book.

3 hour parking is available in the Fairfield Plaza parking lot. If you're looking at Heart Pharmacy please walk along the right-hand side of the building. This will bring you back to our Clinic.

Patients can book appointments online through Cortico at rossbay.cortico.ca. Patients of NP Laura Todd must call the office to book.
