  • If you are not a current patient, you cannot book online; please call for an appointment.
  • For same-day booking, call first thing in the morning as spaces book up quickly.
  • Do not park in the Whistler Health Care Centre parking; it is reserved for emergency department patients.
  • For waitlist registration, register each family member separately.
  • Do not call or email to find out when you will get a doctor or nurse practitioner if on the waitlist; you will be contacted when available.
  • Medical office assistants are not legally permitted to give out results over the phone; you will be called to make an appointment if discussion is needed.
  • Access health information online via Health Gateway or mycarecompass.lifelabs.com.
  • Book lab appointments online at www.labonlinebooking.ca after obtaining a lab requisition.

For Lorimer Road location, closest parking is in the main Day Skier Lots (Lot 4) or Market Place. For Main Street location, there is limited street parking in front of the clinic and under the library across the street, or in Day Skier Lots (Lot 4).
