Patient Instructions:
  • Bring an open mind and positive attitude.
  • Bring enough comfortable casual clothing for a week (laundry soap and dryer sheets provided).
  • Shoes are required indoors (Crocs or runners recommended, no flip flops).
  • Bring weather appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor activities.
  • In summer, bring sunscreen and bug spray.
  • You may bring a blanket or pillow of your own.
  • Bring toiletries, shaving kit, hair dryer, and normal bathroom items (shampoo, toothpaste, alcohol free mouthwash, soap).
  • Bring canteen spending money for pop, snacks, cigarettes, etc.
  • Bring a list of relevant phone numbers you may need during your stay.
  • Bring your health care card and Photo ID.
  • Bring supply of any prescribed medications in the original bottle/packaging only, bubble packed if possible.
  • All prescription and non-prescription medications must be turned over to the staff upon arrival.
  • You may bring musical instruments or other hobby/leisure pursuits such as drawing, knitting, etc.
  • Do not bring cellphones/smartphones, iPod, iPad, or electronics of any kind.
  • Do not bring nail polish, cologne, perfume, hairspray or any item that contains alcohol.
  • Do not bring revealing clothing or clothing with offensive slogans.
  • Do not bring work out supplements or energy drinks.
