  • Please check with nursing staff if you want to visit outside of standard visiting hours.
  • Water sample must be collected the same morning as drop-off and not the evening before using the water testing bottle and requisition provided by Nova Scotia Health.
  • Appointments are required for blood collection service.
  • Rapid test pick up and PCR testing are by appointment only.
  • When making an appointment for Urgent Treatment Centre, patient will be assessed by a nurse to ensure they are going to the best place for care.
  • If you follow a special diet or have food-related allergies or sensitivities, let us know when you arrive.
  • Be sure to have your private insurance card with you and let the admitting clerk know you have requested a private or semi-private room.
