Who do you mostly work with at Cortico?

As an Operations Coordinator, I collaborate closely with all team members in Cortico. My role is a unique blend of functions, designed to provide the team with the support that they need. For Human Resources, I am the go-to resource for any personnel-related inquiries whether it’s recruitment, onboarding new team members, navigating our company’s policies, or addressing HR-related matters. With a four-month tenure at Cortico, I’ve had the pleasure of contributing to the recruitment and successful onboarding of three incredibly talented individuals, and I’m delighted to share that our growth trajectory continues.

What have you worked on at Cortico, and what were the outcomes?

I play a key role in simplifying and documenting internal company processes and policies, facilitating team organization by actively managing and encouraging the utilization of the company wiki and workspace. In my role, I contribute to team engagement by taking the lead in organizing social events such as game nights, facilitating spontaneous one-on-one interactions to foster better relationships among team members, and commemorating individual milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries, all aimed at enhancing collaboration within the company.

Additionally, I actively contribute to the implementation of ISO27001 certification for information security management by reinforcing compliance with best practices and ensuring ongoing adherence.

This dedication fuels my daily motivation to continually strive for improvement, with my primary goal being a reliable support system for those directly enhancing the services we offer to our clients.
