Patient Instructions
- 1Patients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be asked to reschedule.
- 2Focus on only one health concern per visit; inform staff if extra time is needed for complicated issues or counseling.
- 3Prescriptions will not be filled over the telephone; patients need to come in for assessment.
- 4Test results will not be given out over the telephone; routinely book follow-up appointments after tests.
- 5Patients will be given warning on missed appointments and charged the second time for no show; provide 24 hours cancellation notice.
- 6Fees will be charged for uninsured services.
- 7Rude behavior or verbal abuse toward doctors or staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of care.
