  2. 2For more complex medical issues or non-urgent matters, schedule a follow-up appointment with your family doctor.
  3. 3Test results are discussed exclusively in person; the clinic will contact you to schedule an appointment to review them.
  4. 4Notify the clinic promptly of any changes to your phone number, address, or emergency contact information.
  5. 5Prescription renewals should be requested at least one to two weeks before running out of medications.
  6. 6Narcotics or controlled medications are not prescribed to non-clinic walk-in patients, and such prescriptions will not exceed a few weeks.
  7. 7Prescriptions faxed from pharmacies will not be refilled; a $50 fee applies for such requests.
