  2. 2If you require urgent medical care during times we are closed please use the AFTER-HOURS CARE tab to review your options.
  3. 3Please ensure you tell your pharmacist about any medications you are taking, and about any significant medical conditions especially conditions of the immune system, heart, gastrointestinal tract, liver or kidneys when seeking care for minor ailments.
  4. 4If your symptoms do not improve after the time period suggested by your pharmacist, please follow up with your doctor.
  5. 5Please check your inbox for an invitation to register you and your family members for the Pomelo Patient Portal.
  6. 6LIMIT ONE ACCOMPANYING PERSON in the office.
  7. 7Please wear a mask and notify staff upon booking and at your arrival if you have fever, respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms.
  8. 8Patients are requested to contact our office first for their medical needs.
  9. 9If their physician is not available patients are to use our affiliated urgent care clinics if it is feasible for them to do so.
  10. 10Be kind and respectful to our staff and other patients.
  11. 11Be on time for your appointments.
  12. 12Let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  13. 13Provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
  14. 14Ask your doctor about why you need a controlled substance and any risks it might have.
  15. 15Do not share your medications with anyone else.
  16. 16Only take the medication in the way your doctor tells you to.
  17. 17Do not take more than prescribed.
  18. 18Only use one pharmacy to fill your prescription for controlled substances.
  19. 19Do not mix your medications with alcohol or drugs.
  20. 20Always let any other prescribers know what medications you are receiving.
  21. 21If your medication is lost or stolen, you should file a police report if needed.
