Patient Instructions
  1. 1Head to the waiting room on the right hand side and take a seat. You may keep your shoes on. Please silence your phone. The counsellor will come and get you at your session start time.
  2. 224 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the session rate.
  3. 3Clients are expected to attend sessions free of substances. If a client arrives under the influence, the session will be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee (100% of the session rate) will apply.
