Riley Counselling in Comox Valley offers anxiety counselling, adult ADHD therapy, and trauma therapy for adults over 19.

Adults struggling with anxiety, adult ADHD, low self-esteem, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma, seeking a safe and inclusive therapy space.

Instructions

  1. Head to the waiting room on the right hand side and take a seat. You may keep your shoes on. Please silence your phone. The counsellor will come and get you at your session start time.
  2. 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the session rate.
  3. Clients are expected to attend sessions free of substances. If a client arrives under the influence, the session will be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee (100% of the session rate) will apply.

  1. Located upstairs in the building on the corner of Comox Ave & Church St, accessible by external staircase or elevator.
  2. Free parking is available in the attached parking lot behind the building, or on Comox Ave or Church St.
