Patient & Visitor Experience

Public Funding Individuals 16 years of age and over; Early Psychosis Intervention serves youth and young adults (ages 16 to 35 years).

Best Fit Patients

Adults (16+) with mental health concerns, including perinatal mental health, early psychosis (ages 16-35), and complex mental health presentations.

Instructions

  1. You will be booked for an initial intake/screen appointment that will be done either by phone or in-person.
  2. Clients must be informed of any referrals made to us on their behalf and agree to participate in our services.
