Patient Instructions
  1. 1Clean your hands often using alcohol-based hand rub.
  2. 2Self-screen for respiratory symptoms; do not visit if unwell or recently exposed to COVID-19.
  3. 3Follow signage for masking, mandatory on outbreak units.
  4. 4Bring Ontario Health Card and pertinent insurance information for registration.
  5. 5Bring own toiletries, pajamas, robe, slippers, and any aids (canes, walkers, hearing aids, dentures, eyeglasses) with name labeled.
  6. 6Bring all current medications in original containers.
  7. 7Understand instructions about medications, diet, activity, and return appointments upon discharge.
