Patient Profile:Patients requiring specialized diagnostic ultrasound for gynecologic and pregnancy-related health, including those with complex conditions like endometriosis.
Patient Instructions
  1. 1All appointments require an ultrasound requisition completed by your referring physician.
  2. 2If patients arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled and the patient will be subject to a fee of $50.
  3. 3For sonohysterography, tubal patency assessment or endometriosis secondary ultrasounds, a fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
  4. 4To cancel an appointment, call 905-522-2220 (during business hours only) or email sugohuds@pm.me, including your name and appointment date/time.
