Patient Instructions
  1. 1When using the online booking portal, you can only book one 10 minute appointment and only one concern can be addressed per visit.
  2. 2You must already be a patient at the clinic and have your care card ready for online booking.
  3. 3You cannot book a complete physical, PAP or driver's medical online.
  4. 4Check in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  5. 5Expect to have one concern addressed per visit. If you have more than one concern, present both issues at the start of the visit.
  6. 6For prenatal patients, note that coverage for deliveries is shared.
  7. 7Register your car’s licence plate with the office for parkade use.
  8. 8Give at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancelling.
  9. 9Prescriptions will only be renewed by phone or fax under exceptional circumstances.
  10. 10Results are not given out over the phone by staff; book a follow-up appointment to know test results.
  11. 11You do not have to have learners involved in your care, but acceptance is appreciated.
