Patient Instructions
  1. 1Register your vehicle for 2 hours FREE parking in the open Parking Lot.
  2. 2Do not send urgent matters via email; call the clinic during office hours, 911, or go to the nearest ER.
  3. 3For prescription renewals, contact the pharmacy and ask them to fax a renewal request.
  4. 4Allow at minimum 2 weeks for medical and insurance forms completion.
  5. 5Stay home if suspected for COVID or COVID+.
  6. 6If you have any respiratory symptoms/flu-like symptoms upon arrival, tell reception staff right away.
  7. 7Be respectful to the office; verbal abuse and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  8. 8Contact the office (via phones, email, or portal) whenever primary care is needed.
  9. 9For urgent issues, call at 9am on weekdays or walk-in on weekends and statutory holidays.
  10. 10Book appointments online via the website for all non-urgent issues.
  11. 11If questions or requests are non-urgent, submit via the patient portal.
  12. 12In an emergency, visit the emergency room; use of outside walk-in clinics is not appropriate as they do not share medical records.
