  7. 7Check the expiration date on your health card and arrange for a new one before it expires.
  8. 8Bring your own slippers or indoor shoes during wet or snowy weather.

  11. 11For well baby visits, arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment.

  16. 16For 14-16 year olds, plan to book an appointment for tetanus booster.
  17. 17For adults, call well in advance to schedule your periodic health review (PHR) appointment.
