Instructions

  1. Please arrive at the clinic 5-10 mins prior to your appointment.
  2. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, follow the direction of the Ministry of Health’s Ontario Public Health Measures.
  3. If you are sick, stay home until your symptoms have been improving for at least 24 hours (48 hours if you had nausea/vomiting/diarrhea), you do not have a fever, and you do not develop any new symptoms.
