Patient Instructions
  1. 1Bring your valid health care with you to every appointment.
  2. 2Call the office to book well-baby visits and prenatal visits.
  3. 3Cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty, otherwise call the office.
  4. 4Allow up to 48 hours for your physician to respond to a prescription request from your pharmacy.
  5. 5Call the office back ASAP when we call you to give you the information of the referral appointment.
  6. 6Confirm receipt of email if appointment details are sent via email.
  7. 7Use Lifelabs or Dynacare locations for blood testing; pre-book directly on their websites.
  8. 8Inform the clinic if you receive your flu shot at a pharmacy.
  9. 9Arrive on time with your health card for flu shot appointments.
  10. 10Wear a short-sleeved shirt for flu shot appointments.
  11. 11Wait in the waiting room for up to 15 minutes after flu shot to ensure no negative reaction.
