Patient Instructions
  1. 1Annual Physical, PAP smear, and Child Immunization appointments must be booked by phone only.
  2. 2All Paps, Childhood Immunizations, Annual Physicals, Insurance or Work Safe Claims, ICBC Drivers Forms must be booked through reception.
  3. 3All cancellations must be done by calling the clinic 24 hours prior to your booked appointment.
  4. 4Any appointments inappropriately booked will be automatically cancelled and you will be contacted for rescheduling.
  5. 5Bookings for In Person and Phone Appointments for procedures, physicals, driver's medical examinations, and ICBC or Work Safe claims must be booked through reception.
  6. 6In person appointments are needed for acute illness, injuries, musculoskeletal issues, and skin issues.
  7. 7Please do not book a series of appointments.
  8. 8If the appointment you prefer is not available online, please give the office a call.
