  2. 2Refrain from any food or beverage that may stain your tongue (coffee, tea, coloured candies etc) for 2 hours before your appointment.
  3. 3Stay well hydrated with room temperature water or teas.
  4. 4Perform gentle stretching (where applicable).
  5. 5Never come to an acupuncture appointment on an empty stomach.
  6. 6Turn your phone off or on silent during treatment.
