  1. 1New patients should contact Ron by email to ensure he is accepting new clients and include their name, telephone number, email address, and a brief description of concerns.
  2. 2Clients need to arrive 15 minutes early for their first session if they need to fill out an intake form at the reception desk.
  3. 3Clients are encouraged to express their concerns, doubts, and questions throughout therapy.
  4. 4If something bothered, confused, or offended you in therapy, it is okay to talk about it with the therapist.
