If you have not received a call or email from us within 24hrs (Mon-Fri), please call 902.444.1160 and leave a brief voicemail (Mailbox #1) with your name, number, and email address to ensure we have your information. Please do not wait to call and verify we have your information if we haven’t called you. If you have not heard from us within 24hrs (Mon-Fri) it means we never received your information (if possible, please use Google Chrome as your web browser when submitting a referral via this form).
  2. Payment for each session is processed online using our practice management software ("Jane.app").
  3. Credit card information is stored online using our practice management software (JANE). Anyone can add payment information to their account (especially helpful for parents paying for an adolescent or young adult appointment).
