  2. 2Arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked ultrasound or mammogram.
  3. 3Bring a valid Care Card and current doctor’s requisition to all examinations.
  4. 4For the safety of your children, please arrange to leave them at home, or bring someone to watch them in the waiting room.
  5. 5For walk-in X-ray patients, please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before closing time.
  6. 6Do not wear underarm deodorant, powders, ointments, or creams on breasts for mammography.
  7. 7Try to take NO CAFFEINE for 24 hours prior to mammography if possible.
  8. 8Wear loose clothing or outfits that are easily removed for X-rays.
  9. 9Do not schedule mammogram for the week before your period if breasts are usually tender; best time is one week following your period.
