Instructions

  1. Appointments can only be scheduled over the phone or in person; do not email a request to book or change an appointment.
  2. Do not take beta blockers and/or calcium channel blockers the morning of an exercise stress test (unless instructed otherwise); bring them to take afterwards.
  3. If discharged from the hospital and referred to the clinic, wait for paperwork from the hospital; contact the office if no communication after a week.
