Patients requiring advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, including specialized imaging for neuroradiology, cardiac, pediatric, musculoskeletal, and women's health.

Instructions

  1. For most MRI exams, preparation is minimal; you may be asked not to eat or drink before the exam depending on the body area.
  2. For pelvic or OB ultrasound, female patients should drink four 8 oz. glasses of water one hour prior to the examination and should not urinate.
  3. For abdomen and kidneys ultrasound, do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before your exam.
