If your schedule changes and you can not keep your appointment, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours in advance so we may reschedule you and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice, we may assess a $50.00 no show/ late cancellation service charge to your account. The service charge is not reimbursed by your insurance company, and you will be billed directly. This does not apply when prohibited by law or contract.
