  2. Generally, only non-narcotic medications will be prescribed. In the rare case that a narcotic is given, usage will be closely monitored and patients asked to sign a narcotic agreement. Patients are subject to random drug screens.
  3. We are required to collect co-payments, co-insurance or deductibles at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and checks. If you anticipate difficulty meeting your financial obligations, please speak with us.
